Shipping Notes

·         Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

·         Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

·         Shipping time starts from the date of shipment, not the order date.

·         During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

·         The estimated delivery date may be affected by customs, weather, flight delays, or incorrect addresses.

·         Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate updates.

 

📩 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

·         Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number and a tracking link.

·         Tracking may take up to 72 hours to activate.

 

🚚 If Your Package Is Delayed or Lost

·         If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 45 days of the order date.

·         For other order or shipping issues, contact us within 90 days of the order date.

 

Refused Shipments

·         If your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us at info@airfitlife.com for assistance.

·         Unauthorized order refusals will result in responsibility for all shipping costs.

 

✏️ Change Shipping Address

·         You can update your address before the order is shipped by contacting info@airfitlife.com.

·         Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

 

Cancel an Order
