Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you're a first-time customer and have sizing or other issues, feel free to reach out — we're always happy to help and will do our best to make it right. While we can’t offer standard exchanges, we may provide a one-time size replacement for new customers, at our discretion.

What we can help with:

  • Wrong item received? We’ll replace it.
  • Product arrived damaged? Let us know immediately.

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the product. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
